1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of the Site.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 Informational Purpose. The Site provides information regarding our proprietary agentic graph intelligence platform ("Spectre") and our specialized engineering services. All content on the Site is for informational purposes only.

2.2 The Spectre Platform. Cipher3 Labs provides access to "Spectre" (including modules Core, Lens, and Prism), an agentic, neuro-symbolic graph engine designed for financial intelligence. Access to the Spectre Platform is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and is not available to the general public.

2.3 Strategic Engagement Services. In addition to the Platform, Cipher3 Labs offers specialized engineering and consultancy services for high-complexity engagements. These services focus on the design, deployment, and operation of graph-native AI systems and neuro-symbolic agentic workflows.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by Cipher3 Labs. Spectre™, Spectre Core, Spectre Lens, Spectre Prism, "Agentic Graph Engine," and "Decisive Intelligence" are trade names or unregistered trademarks of Cipher3 Labs.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Warranties. The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. Cipher3 Labs makes no representations regarding accuracy or completeness.

4.2 Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cipher3 Labs shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed £100.

4.3 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
